Laser alarm | 1. Whether the laser alarm is caused by the alarm at the water register, check whether the water tank is opened or the alarm is generated. 2. The QBHfth alarm is generated because the optical fiber head and collimation are loose. Need to report after-sales personnel to deal with. 3. The laser water reading cycle is blocked, the air is stored in the cooling water pipe, and the water circulation is checked in the hollow water pipe. |
No light output | 1, when the laser does not appear light, first check whether the laser is turned on, when the red light is emitted from the gun head, the laser has no alarm, and the enable light on the laser panel is lit. 2, the red light is not emitted from the gun head, the laser does not alarm, so that the lamp is normal, it may be damaged for the swinging lens, need to be replaced by after-sales personnel. 3, the red light is normally emitted from the gun head, the laser does not alarm, the enable light on the laser panel is not bright when the enable light is pressed, it may be the laser expires, you need to use the computer to connect the laser to check whether the laser control is evening control mode, in the input password can be. If the above are normal, check whether the safety lock on the touch screen is opened, and whether the gun head is connected to the ground wire when it is opened. |
Laser weakening |
1, when the laser becomes weak, first confirm whether the red light is emitted in the middle of the gun mouth. 2. Protective lens damageable |
1. When the protective lens is damaged frequently during welding, check whether the gas is on first. 2. When the current power is adjusted to the maximum and the laser power is increased to more than 90%, it is recommended to use defocus welding to avoid excessive splash resulting in damage to the protective lens. 3. When welding, whether the gun head is welded between 0-65 degrees and the working surface, avoid laser and working 90® when welding aluminum alloy materials (special attention should be paid to it). |
Water tank alarm |
1. If the temperature is too high, the alarm will be generated. Turn off the power supply when it appears. 2, abnormal water flow leads to alarm, water flow alarm is generally caused by water pipe bending, you can see whether the water pipe is bent. |
